Hello,
Welcome to my blog. Here I write about any and everything as it pops up in my head because I love telling stories be it with my pen or my voice.
On this platform, I’ve documented some journalistic works I’ve done in the last few years.
Some more information about me:
I’m originally from Nigeria but I see myself as a citizen of the world. I really love to travel, meet people and discover new things.
I had my elementary, secondary and university (bachelors) in Nigeria. In 2013 I moved to the UK for more studies. Although I have a science background, I always loved and excelled in the arts. I like writing and absolutely love public speaking. While in the UK I trained briefly at the London Academy of Media Film and TV, Euston, London.
Upon my return to Nigeria, my love for journalism continued to grow and I joined Galaxy Television where I worked as reporter, producer and newscaster.
In 2019 I moved to Ireland and have started a course in Journalism and Media Communications.
One of biggest strengths in journalism is versatility. As a reporter, I have covered politics, entertainment, sports, health and religion. Another top skill I possess is creativity and content creation be it in broadcast or print. This skill motivated me to start a YouTube channel in October 2019 where I’ve been able to document some of my works. If you want do subscribe here .
I don’t see myself as an end product. I’m adventurous and hungry for more knowledge.
My long term career goal is to work with/for the BBC and United Nations creating and presenting documentaries on human angle stories to help solve social issues.
When I’m not working, I like to travel, watch movies and support social causes especially those which affects the less privileged in the society.
I want to be remembered as the guy who helped put smiles/laughter on faces, contributed in making people achieve their dreams and ultimately impacted the world.
